Sir, while seeing the option chain after market closes, sometimes I see that position on ATM is created with position on OTM on the same side, either call or put, how to analyse that?

In such a case I would refer to PNB stock where in I saw such a situation, and I did asked this question in YouTube live stream but did got the reply and also posted the question in community tab but not much likes were given.
**What happened in PNB was that ATM position and OTM position on call as well as on the put side were created on that same day. How to analyse such cases?
-What I primarily thought was that see the highest OI or change in OI, but the OI in all those four positions were very high and also volume was low. Got totally confuse that what will be the conclusion. Sir how to analyse or see through these situations?

At any given point of time both bulls and bears are active in any stock. Bulls will write put and bears will write call. You need to check who is dominating.
