Dear Nitinji,
When looking at the bulk deals, some bulk deals look strange.
The clients Buy and Sell almost same number of shares in same stock themselves in the bulk deals with few paise difference over many days & months.
The volumes are big, but inconsequential compared to daily volumes – so doesn’t seem to be attempt at volume management.
The price change between Buy and Sell is small – so doesnt look to be an attempt to move prices.
There is a small change in the Quantity between Buy and Sell. But the quantity is small compared to the traded quantity. Even collated over multiple months, the cumulative difference (buy vs sell quantity) is small. So doesn’t seem to be an attempt to buy/sell slyly.
Could you please help me understand what would be the purpose of these daily Buy/Sells in some counters by the same client?
For example, in bulk deals, Tower Research has been buying/selling RBL bank almost every day since start of May (and even before)
Many Thanks,
Sree
