In case of any issue or dispute with your broker or any listed company, first, you should approach the trading member/broker/listed company. You should only register a written complaint and don’t forget to take the complaint no. If you don’t receive a satisfactory reply then you can approach the compliance officer of your broker or the listed company. If you don’t receive a satisfactory reply from the compliance office on your complaint against the broker/listed company then you can approach the exchange with your complaint.
