Sir, In Bhavcopy of NSE CASH MARKET, Volume is shown against INDICES also. Since Indices are not traded in cash market, what does this figure represents. of course, in derivatives, NIFTY BANKNIFTY and other INDICES are traded and we can understand VOLUME traded. Kindly Explain the meaning of TRADED VOLUME and TRADED VALUE of INDICES since these are not traded and only calculated. Thank you
