Hello Sir,

In last july -aug you had hinted that interest cycle will change , and will continue for about 2-3 years since it is cycle. So it is good time to invest in Credit risk mutual funds i.e. The funds having exposure to investment in A and below securities to get double digit return in a period of 2-3 years.

I have two query’s

1. Whether the recent NBFC issue has any impact on the same ?
2. Whether interest cycle will change its direction like equity stock market ?

In an ideal Scenario, the interest rate cycle should have reversed. However, currently with struggling demand, the interest rates are kept low through operation twist and other measures that i discussed in my videos. The demand can be revived only through lower interest rates therefore ideal and theoretical scenarios are not applicable.
