Why Gap filled after splitting stock??

  Dear sir,
  
  Generally we know that any stock open as Gap-UP and Gap_down so gap is filled sooner or later. but i have seen in some stock which splitted after that Gap is filled so May i know the reason behind that??
  
  Example of this stock is: CESC, Symphony.
