1.firstly the reports are updated few times late but also it might be a technical error which are being updated late in nse site have to check late night
2.second your question is about “F&O Market Activity Report”
you can easily find historical data https://www1.nseindia.com/products/content/derivatives/equities/archieve_fo.htm
in select report option drag down and select market activity report
3.third your question is about Equity section “Full Bhavcopy and Security Deliverable positions”
