        India’s GDP Quarterly data for Q4 will be released on 29 May, 2020 (Friday) at 5:30 PM (IST). The consensus forecast is 2.1%. The Stock market will remain highly volatile and the market will react based on the actual v/s forecast. Stay cautious in the market.

          So we may expect an opposite direction move against the actual move before the release of the GDP data? Any when NEWS when this restrictions on short selling gonna be removed?

            We expect movement of Market in Next Monday (1st June) onward or expected from this Tuesday onward due to leakage of data before actual number is declared??

              Sir is LONG STRADDLE(buying both call and put ATM/near OTM) a good strategy before this type of news.Though IV will be high but what if someone takes the position say 1 week before the event?

                  No it will be in huge loss once the mrkt moves violently in either direction. Ce Pe at same price sell only works if mrkt is getting expired within some range of centre of action that too with slow movement.
