How lot size is determined by the NSE

Hello Sir,

I would like to know how lot size of f&O determine by NSE?

I want to get this info. because lot size have direct impact on volume and by looking at volume we can conclude that buying/selling is by retailers or by smart money.

Kindly throw some light upon this.
