Good morning Sir,
On 06.11.2019 FM madam announced a package for the Real-estate.
Will it really be helpful to create demand. Currently the general public is facing a slowdown in the genral market.
How this package could boost up the demand in real estate sector.

The stimulus package can facilitate the demand by way of lower interest rates and other incentives but demand depends on the buyers interest. Despite sharp drop in interest rates and other incentives, the demand could not be revived as it also depends on the purchasing power of the buyer.
