Thank you for taking time out to help us with our learning.
I had a query on how to interpret fluctuating Futures premium within a day.
For example, today ( 29-may-2020) the Nifty futures was trading at a huge discount (even after considering its the start of the series). I saw the discount as high as 90+ points near to the end of day at around 3 pm. when NIFTY spot was above 9590, NF June Futures was minus 90 points down at 9500.
Could you please advice on how we could interpret the futures premium change (big like today or even smaller changes that occur intraday) in intraday trading?
