Recently, I received a lot of queries about why i am not considering FII’s as SMART Money. Let me clarify that till around a month back FII’s were net sellers and they joined the rally very late.

To know who is the smart money, please ask yourself who is responsible for the current rally based on money flow i.e. FII’s or Clients/Prop Desk or DII’s. The answer is the Clients/Prop Desk. You need to check the weight of the money flow of clients/prop desk v/s FII’s. The biggest problem with retail investors is that they suffer from RECENCY BIAS. Now they are seeing only FII data and just forget about everything else. Imagine if clients/prop desk start booking profit then will FII’s can provide enough money flow or not?

Also, I humbly request to watch my videos on SMART Money to clear your concepts of Who is SMART Money? SMART MONEY is not FIXED and anyone can be a SMART Money i.e. who is bringing money on the table / responsible for money flow.
